PuzzlePals is a web and SMS-based service that allows users to track, share, and compare daily puzzle game results (such as Wordle, Connections, Globle, WhereTaken, and Zip) with friends. Users may submit puzzle results via SMS or through the web application at puzzlepals.app. By using PuzzlePals you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
PuzzlePals operates an inbound-only SMS service in its current phase. Users send puzzle results to our number (+1 316-375-5900) and the system logs them automatically. We do not currently send outbound SMS messages including verification codes, confirmations, or notifications.
Outbound SMS messaging (result confirmations, weekly recaps) is planned for a future phase of development, pending A2P 10DLC registration. These terms will be updated at that time and users will have the opportunity to opt in.
Message and data rates may apply to messages you send to our number, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Message and data rates may apply. PuzzlePals does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging and data rates. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
To enable SMS result submission, link your phone number to your account:
No outbound verification code is sent. The link code expires after 15 minutes and is single-use.
You may disconnect your phone number from your PuzzlePals account at any time by visiting your account settings at puzzlepals.app/settings. Once disconnected, SMS result submission will no longer be available from that number.
Replying STOP to any message from our number will prevent any future outbound messages when outbound messaging is enabled in a future phase.

PuzzlePals SMS messaging is available on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier support may vary.

PuzzlePals and its content, features, and functionality are owned by PuzzlePals and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our application or content without permission. Puzzle game names and content are the property of their respective owners — PuzzlePals is not affiliated with or endorsed by any puzzle game developer.
PuzzlePals is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Use of the service is at your own risk.
PuzzlePals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of PuzzlePals after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
